Swedish term

påräknelig

Uncommon word, generally understood, but the nuance in a legal context is critical.

Charlesp (asker) Aug 18, 2013:
opps! - ”förutsebar” was the first in the list ”förutsebar”, ”sannolik”, ”påräknelig”, ”beräknelig”, ”i farans riktning”, ” typisk”, "konkret och närliggande”, ...

was the list. (somehow the first term got replaced in the posting)

caculable

The first label is in fact (skadan ur skadevållarens synvinkel måste ha varit) ”förutsebar” = foreseeable, so rules out that descriptor.
Note from asker:
Sounds excellent, and calculably the most precise.
