Flygförvaltningen crops in a text I'm dealing with. It appears to have disbanded in 1968 when "Försvarets materielverk" was established. Is there an official English term for it, or just an approximation? My couple of punts were Swedish Air Ministry (although that's open to confusion with Luftfartverket in its various incarnations) and a variation on the English name of Försvarsförvaltningen which seems to have been called the Royal Military Board (so Royal Air Board?)...
