Om en kemikalie enligt kriterierna skall omfattas av PIC-förfarandet men informationen inte innehåller alla de uppgifter som anges i bilaga II, skall kända exportörer och importörer på kommissionens begäran tillhandahålla all den relevanta information de har tillgång till, även information från nationella eller internationella program för kemikaliekontroll.
When a chemical qualifies for PIC notification, but the information is insufficient to meet the requirements of Annex II, identified exporters and/or importers shall, upon request by the Commission, provide all relevant information available to them, including that from other national or international chemical control programmes.
