breaker bars, pry bars, striking bars
Explanation:
"Brytstänger" is the plural of "brytstång", and one definition I know has to do with mining and defines "brytstänger" as "crowbar-like iron bars" for loosening ore in a mine and forcing equipment. "Direct limitation of pressure" doesn't seem to fit with this one, unless you see the "brytstång" as something which, like a crowbar, can be used to break something loose, open some passage up, or loosen a stuck [pressure] valve or gate in a hurry. Sort of like an axe for a fireman, or other heavy tools used in search and rescue. Note: You can torque chain using a breaker bar, or use it to force a nut.

breaker bars makes best sense here. These are attachments to a tractor loader that you use to break ashphalt or other hardened surfaces.
