I've done some Googling and it appears to be some kind of cash card, but I haven't a clear picture or any idea of the English.

I\'ve looked at the site and I think on the whole I would go for voucher. A voucher is really anything that you can exchange for goods or services - a sustitute for cash. I would also go for parking voucher rather than parking ticket, as a ticket is what you get from a traffic warden!
