Swedish term or phrase: det konstitutionella stråket

In the CV of a medical research scientist/hospital physician, he is said to have been in charge of "det konstitutionella stråket" in the clinical genetics division of a hospital. I think konstitutionell=congenital. But nowhere can I find anything about this stråk, or stråke, in genetics.
