Swedish to English translations [PRO]

Swedish term or phrase: vagnskadegaranti
This is a substitute for formal insurance, offered by a car manufacturer for damage to cars sold to a rental firm that is entitled to resell the cars to the manufacturer. Something similar but not identical here in the U.S. is the "collision damage waiver" available from the rental firm.

It's not insurance, because there is no insurer involved per se. A subsidiary has published a document in which "vehicle damage guarantee" is used for this, but that hurts my eyes in this context. Anyone have something better, preferably in use already?

Asker: And here I thought you were my friend. ;-) I've found uses of "vehicle damage waiver" that soothe this ex-underwriter's eyes, so absent anything better, I'll be using that.
