Gullberg has "uppfinnarcertifikat", and defines it as "author's (inventor's) certificate, certificate of authorship". This also googles (see bilingual example below), but it's worth looking at a dictionary - things catch your eye. And "inventor's certificate" has over 50,000 hits.

It is recognized that certain countries that grant inventors' certificates also provide by law that their own nationals who are employed in state enterprises may only receive inventors' certificates and not patents on inventions made in connection with their employment.
