The quotation marks indicate they are using the term in a non-traditional sense, so it's impossible (at least for me) to say what they mean without more context. A cheese can be 'överlagrad' (lagra = to season), hence överlagra = 'season excessively'...
It could be 'superposed', 'superimposed' as per micawber's suggestion, but it could also refer to the geological use of the term = 'superpositioned'... perhaps meaning they are in a higher position than competitors, giving them a better perspective. This would indicate a metaphor of mixing two different elements and the result is the difference between these two.

Also, a pun: 'överlagrade' = having a (too) large stock, meaning they are prepared for every possible situation...
