Hello

Nytt storsegel då nya mast och ***bok*** är lite större beställs från TUSS Sails

I'm not even close to finding this and begin to wonder if it's a typo but "bom" has the boat has already been fitted with a new boom (bom) in the same year so it can't be that

Thanks

crutch
Explanation:
I think this is a misspelling of 'bock', which ashore can translate as trestle.
In a yacht, when you furl the mainsail into the boom, you can rest the after end of the boom in a support, variously known as a crutch, mitchboard, trestle etc.
See ref 1, under boom.
See ref 2, sixth image to see what it looks like.
Regret I cannot find a Scandinavian reference.
