Is anyone familiar with this abbreviation being used in contracts/installation documents/anything concerning the identification of products to be able to tell me what it stands for, please? I'd just be guessing because I don't recall having seen it before.

"Telia har redan ett system för att hålla reda på bland annat koppartrådar utan telefonnummer - FB-numren. Det har sedan tidernas begynnelse gått alldeles utmärkt att beställa ett 'rent' kopparpar utan telefoni på. Så, exakt var i ligger problemet? Vill man bara ha ADSL utan telefonabbonemang är det väl inte svårare än att man tilldelas ett FB-nummer för kopparparet?"
