(This is from a document written in 1946. A refugee residing in Sweden at the time then obtained a visa for safe passage to another country. My initial thought was 'laissez-passer' or 'temporary passport' which I do not think fit well here)

Asker: thank you, the expression för tillfället just came to me, so that justifies the 'temporary element', just because I was fixated on the 'för tillfällighet' part which I thought mean coincidence
