Hello

I've been meaning to ask this for some time, this tendency in Swedish to capitalize words in the middle of sentences, especially in contracts.

It seems to be key words and they are often given at the beginning of a contract like "Bolaget", "Avtal" , "Kontraktpriset" etc.

But what baffles me a bit is that sometimes the Swedish does not do this even when it's pretty evident that the word does refer to the Company, the Agreement and not just any old company or agreement.

Is this an omission (error) on the part of the writer or is there a subtle reason?

On the contrary, sometimes a word not used before will suddenly be used with a capital letter in the middle of the sentence. What might trigger this please?

Next, although this is a bit Unenglish, I'd like to know if other translators keep the capital letters in English when translating such Swedish words?

I don't live in Sweden and so cannot ask anyone around me.
