Swedish term or phrase: Grandmother Pang-Kakor
Pang-kakor is in fact: pang pannkaka.
This is a title of children’s story. It is about a child who likes his grandmother’s special pancakes and calls them pang-kakor.
What I am seeking is a funny Arabic equivalent which is easy, funny and has – almost – the same or nearest meaning.
Your help is appreciated.

Explanation:
Pannkaka in Swedish means فطيرة but the letter K after N is pronounced -ng (nasal) and that's why this child calls it pang-kaka. The word pang means bang! or smash! in English.
