I have seen previous comments about avrop, but I am having trouble with this term, specifically avropsberättigade. For Leveranstid efter avrop and Hävning av avrop I've used Call-off order, but I'm having a very hard time understanding avrop in this context. Help!

those authorised to place call-off orders
Explanation:
That's my suggestion - a list of those people within the company authorised to send out call-off orders, so that suppliers can be confident the orders are genuine and that the person placing the order is fully authorised to do so. This would be standard commercial practice, once the underlying framework agreement (ramavtal) has been put in place between the companies.
