Sorry for the repeat, but I can't really seem to get it right. Would anybody be so kind and confirm that this translation is right? "Jeg får mot denna bakgrund hemställa om inteckning med besta rätt enligt inteckningsrevers om USD xxx jämte ränta efter en räntesats motsvarande xxx procent." English: Therefore, I would like to ask for a first mortgage of USD xxx according to the attached promissory note secured by mortgage plus interest calculated at xxx %percent.

Explanation:
Looks pretty good. I think I would say "apply for" rather than "ask for", and "wish" rather than "want to". And though I hesitate to challenge Sven's expertise and his suggestion of "promissory note", my Gullberg dictionary translates "inteckningsrevers" as "mortgage deed". Probably of little effective difference between the two, so my version of your sentence would be the "Therefore I wish to apply for a first mortgage of USD xxx as per the attached promissory note/mortgage deed, plus interest at xxx percent". But note that my confidence is only medium.
