English translation:Living close to the edge
Explanation:
In danish there are two ways of this - one is as stated above living close to the edge - 'leve paa en vulkan' which I think is what your sentence means, but in DK we can also: 'være ude på vulkaner' which means going on a binge drinking session - partying all night etc - i.e. 'a night on the tiles' -
