Swedish term or phrase: sidoleverantör
Hello

I've discovered that:

I Aff användes tidigare enbart termen ***sidoentreprenör***.

but I'm no wiser as to what a subcontractor without a "inbördes avtal" could be in English even if I think I can imagine this. Maybe like an electrician who comes to work on the site but does not have a specific contract for the particular construction work (the project)

Is this what it means?

And is there a term in English

Thanks

First check this one out... https://www.proz.com/kudoz/swedish_to_english/construction_c...
And this old reference even defines things ( https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELE... )

But these are guys working in the same worksite but under a different works contract. I'd say your Swedish was written by someone not using standard Swe terminology.
