Can't seem to add more context to my previous question, so here we go again..
The first journal entry starts out "HK-pat med kod 5 vä bröst. Kl 2 - halv 3 vä ses en ca 2 cm stor förtätning med stråkiga utlöpare ut i omgivande vävnad."
Further down, it says " Tid frisk HK-pat med kod 5 vä, på angiven plats halv 3 finns palp-fynd. Cytologi utföres idag, den 9/11." The term is not mention further in the text after that.

A complete guess I must admit!!

Looking at the beginning of the second paragraph it could be an abbreviation for: tidigare frisk Hudklinik patient. In other words a previous patient in a Dermatological clinic has how been referred to the Oncology clinic.

But as I said it's a guess and quite far fetched!!

Eftersom det verkar vara dags för gissningar drar jag mitt strå till stacken. Jag har ingen som helst aning om detta stämmer, men det händer ju titt som tätt att levercancer sprider sig till andra områden. *Kanske* kan det ha med detta att göra?
