Anyway, the phrase obviously refers to some kind of mass detected during surgery. I don't work into English, so my suggestion could probably be better phrased, but this si what is meant.

I.e. the mass can be detached from the surrounding tissue without the use of a blade, but it is not possible to identify its organ of origin.

101 Google hits for "bluntly detached", obut nly 2 for "bluntly detachable", so I guess you had better rephrase it somewhat.
