Thank you for the offer of a dictionary and thank you ever so much for the condescending public scoldings... In many cases, though perhaps not in this one, a simple dictionary explanation can be read in several ways - I would prefer to ask, than to incorrectly translate a seemingly simple term. I apologize that my source text may not be up to standard, but I did not know it was a single word.

As for the other questions, many Swedish words can be broken down into parts. If we did that in English, for instance with the word "expert", it could come to be misunderstood as "ex" + "spurt" = a "has been" drip... But thanks for your time!
