Swedish term or phrase: Belagt
In a description of cable routing, I would normally understand "belagt" as "coated" but is there another usage here? Confirmed?

I denna studie har via antagit att kraftmatning tar sammakabelväg til elrummet. Dette är inte helt *belagt*, inte heller alla olika vakters påverkan på komponentfunktioner.

Just another definition I have in my nuclear power glossary; "belagd" did mean this at least once.
