Swedish term or phrase: bottning
Där gräns finns mellan tryckklasser och bottning görs skall, efter slutlig inkoppling, skarven provtryckas med provningstryck motsvarande den lägre gällande.

I have no idea what this means. I think it is to do with coupling, but that isn't accurate enough.
