I am interested in suggestions for "เซอร์". It looks like a loan word but it's not clear from where. The above website gives ใบเซอร์แบบย่อ as "GIA Diamond Dossier" and ใบเซอร์แบบเต็ม as "Diamond Grading Report". (At first I thought it might be some kind of abbreviation for dossier, but with the second example that's not the case ...)

Any suggestions beyond Gem/diamond/GIA/mineral certificate/certification/report are welcome!
