İyi günler,

Bu tebliğin adını ingilizce hiçbir kaynakta bulamıyorum, benim düşüncem "communique on recovery of some non-hazardous wastes", fakat karşılığını bulamadığım için emin olamıyorum.

Yardımcı olabilirseniz çok sevinirim.

İyi günler ve şimdiden teşekkürler :)

agree  Tim Drayton: It could also be 'recovery'. One needs to look carefully at the context.

-> Thanks, and certainly like that, we do not know intention of the Turkish author, if he meant "recovery" or "recycling", they are diferent. we must look at the communique itself for that... also see: "Regulation on recovery, reuse and recycling limits."

Levent is right, of course. Recycling is 'geri dönüşüm' and there are few language mistakes in the Official Gazette.

Asker: Thank you, but I want to ask you something. When we translate regulation names we use "Regulation on . . .", but you say "concerning". So which one do you think is better?

Asker: Thank you
