I know most of the uses of kadar but this one puzzles me: in a question what exactly does kadar mean. I can figure out what it must mean from the context but I need a good explanation. Examples are:-
Kimin kadar güzel? Onun kadar güzel.
Yaz kış kadar güzel mi? Yaz kıştan [daha] güzel.
Can someone accurately explain this usage, please?
