I note that erişim = access, but what exactly is bilgi kirliliği, please? Confusion? If so, is the implication that deliberate efforts are being made to cause confusion, or simply that confusion exists for whatever reason. I wonder if the writer could equally have said “bilgi karlışıklığı” without changing the meaning.
