I have a word list that translated this word into English as both "parsley" and "celery". Parsley and celery are not very similar so I was skeptical. What kinds of herbs and/or vegetables can this word refer to?

Parsley

اجمودہ usually refers to Parsley.
It's a herb/vegetable similar to, yet different from, celery leaves.

In contrast, Celery has the same name in Urdu ( سیلری ).
