Urdu to English translations [Non-PRO]
Urdu term or phrase: Sayata
"Jab New York dhoo-dhookar jal uthha to sayata ki jhuggion mein rehane vale log..."

The text originally is in Hindi, but I can't really figure out the meaning of this term, even after asking through kudoZ. Since Hindi writers use a lot of Urdu words too many a times, I'm just giving it a shot to see if this one is from Urdu.
