CUSTODY / SAFE CUSTODY

Explanation:
AMANAT (alif meem alif noon tay)
means to keep an item (valuabale or not)in the safe custody of a person, who is called AMEEN the "reliable
custodian".
It is a word very commomny used in our language and needs no further clarifications.I think it will work for you.
It does not belong to "medical group" as pointed out by my dear friend MR.RASHID MUHAMMAD.it may be due to the typing mistake of you(asker) or it is your(askers') profession,i think so please clear the situation.
My best regards
