it is the discription of some person safaravi aadmi
aura3
garm mizaj aadmi
Explanation:
i think there is a mistake in the transliteraion of of this word. it must be written as safravi and not safaravi. in arabic alfabets as swad, fe re alf and wao and ee.
it is medical term or better understood a hikmat term. the tempramnt of man are desciribed by Galen as of two types, safravi which is hot and other as balghami that is cold.
there is is verse of ghalib'
shabe mehtab mein pee jis qadar mile sharab.
is balghami mizaj ko garmi hee ras hae.
translated as.
i drink wine in the moonlit night as much as i can get.
to my cold temprament its the heat which suits.
the word safravi is not directly used here but it is implied.
this description of the man's tempramet is common in the hikamt boodks.
it is recommended that to acertain the word to soure you must revert to how it is spelled in the original.
but i am sure it can not be otherwise.
