The Burnt Hair

Explanation:
This is the poetic delicacy of Mirza Ghalib the Eternal Urdu poet. Mu means ‘Hair’ Atish means “fire’ Deda means ‘Seen”. Means the hair which have seen the fire, the Burnt Hair.

بس کہ ہوں غالب اسبری میں بھی آتش زیر پا
موۓ آتش دیدہ ہے حلقہ میری زنجیر کا

I hope this explanation will be helpful.

Flimsy Fetters or Weak Shackles

Explanation:
For proper English translation of entire deewan-e-ghalib , kindly use following google books link (shortened due to length)
https://bit.ly/3ppQ7Ne

Here is an English explanation of Ghalib's verse
Ghalib is saying that due to his restlessness even during captivity, he does'nt regard his shackles or fetters more than a hair, that too a hair weakened by exposure to fire.
So we can say translated equivalent as 'Flimsy Fetters' (as given in google books link) or ' Weak Shackles'.
Here is Urdu Meaning of the entire verse of which term under question is a part of.

Example sentence(s):
  • میری اسیری کی زنجیریں موئے آتش دیدہ یعنی آگ سیکے ہوئے بال جیسی کمزور ہیں۔
