The person who made the recent comment that this is \"I love you\" to her older sister is absolutely correct. Without the tone marks I was orginally thinking of another term. It was much simpler than I had said earlier. Please follow their advise on this. The term em could be any younger sibling and it is a remote possiblity that it is a younger brother, but the reference is too ambiquous to be clear.
