Vậy sổ tiêm chủng sẽ là Immunization Record (Book) hay Vaccination Record (Book)???

Nước ngoài có vẻ thiên về cách dùng Immunization Record.
Nhưng nếu dịch vậy thì đến các đoạn sau, mình có mặc định cứ tiêm chủng thì sẽ là Immunization hay không?

Context sau có câu: Tiêm chủng là cách tốt nhất để phòng bệnh.
Thì dịch thành "Vaccination is the best way to prevent diseases" có vẻ đúng hơn là "Immunization is the best way to prevent diseases"
