Yiddish to English translations [PRO]
Art/Literary - Music / lyrics of *Bei mir bist Du schejn*
Yiddish term or phrase: tuter
Dear colleagues,

I’ve got the Yiddish lyrics of "Bei mir bist Du schejn" , of which I don’t understand all of the words. I know the English version of this song, but those words don’t have the same meaning as the Yiddish words so they really aren’t of any use to me.
There is one translation of this song in the internet, namely

http://www.hebrewsongs.com/?song=baymirbistusheyn

However, the Yiddish words I’ve got differ in some parts from the words of that version.

There is a very nice version of this song on YouTube (of which the words slightly differ as well):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUVEq6NC7mM

I would be really greatful if someone could help me to understand the lyrics. (I couldn't find those words in a dictionary either .... maybe because of the spelling?)

Context: Ven di zolst zain shvartz vi a tuter
