I have a master's degree in German Language and Culture from University of Copenhagen, which I finished in April 2022 with a thesis on feminist translation practices including a partial translation of Christa Wolf's novel "Medea. Voices".

For the past year (since March 2022) I've worked as a freelance translator for the Danish publishing house Politikens Forlag, where I've been translating fiction from German to Danish.

During my Master's (ca. 2019-2022) I worked as a copywriter/marketing specialist for a Danish marketing agency. Because of this, I have a skillset in online marketing and a unique knowledge about marketing small and medium sized businesses, which can be utilized in combination with translation or writing.

I'm passionate about good writing, I can write confidently in three languages, I'm a quick learner and - as per my experience with working in a marketing agency - I'm used to learning about and adapting my writing to new branches, businesses and assignment types.

- translation (literary as well as commercial); German-Danish, English-Danish

- proofreading/editing (Danish only)

- copywriting, text textproduction; preferably in Danish, but it could also be in German or English
