We are a team of translators who work with English, Portuguese and Romanian specialising in Localisation, Subtitling, Marketing, Personal documents, Education and International & European Affairs, Tourism (Anca) and Cinema, Tourism, Law, Education, Sports and Personal Documents (André).

Anca is a Romanian translator, a member of the American Translators Association and of the Portuguese Translators Association, who has both worked and studied in Portugal and the U.K. She studied European Portuguese at University and worked as an in-house technical translator and interpreter for a Portuguese construction firm in Bucharest. She later became familiar with Brazilian Portuguese while working at the Embassy of Brazil in Bucharest before going freelance.

André is a certified translator by the Ministry of Culture of Romania currently based in Bucharest, who has gained extensive experience in the tourism and air travel field while working in-house for Trip Advisor and Ryanair.

Some of our clients find it useful that a couple of months a year we live in Brazil and the time difference allows them to gain extra hours in deadlines.

Over the years we have developed a synergy that enables us to produce highly accurate translations, as we always proofread each other’s work and exchange ideas in order to find optimal solutions.
