What type of company can use this service?

The program is open to business members with average Blue Board ratings of 4.2 or better.

What is the process for paying?

To make payments, enter the email addresses of the freelancers to be paid and the amount payable to each, associating the batch of payments to a project in your company’s records. After you confirm all of the payment amounts and recipients, an invoice for the total amount will be generated from to your company, with reference to the relevant project.

How long after the payment is made to will freelancers be paid?

Payments to freelancers are initiated no later than 72 hours after your payment to has been received.

How can I check the status of a freelancer’s payment?

An administrative dashboard shows the status of each payment. Various reports are also available.

What methods may be used to make the payment to

Wire transfer and Paypal. Other means of payment will be provided in the future.

What methods does use to pay the freelancers? has partnered with several payment providers, including Paypal, Payoneer and Payment Rails. The payment method used in each case selected depends on fees and freelancer preference.

Can the information on payments to be made be provided using a spreadsheet?

Yes. You upload the spreadsheet, and then confirm each of the amounts.

What fees does charge for this service?

A service fee of 5% (or 3%, for Business Plus subscribers) is added to the invoice.
