Случайно напоролся - там - совершенно бесплатно можно скачать всевозможные ГОСТ, ОСТ, ПУЭ, ПБ и т.п. Полные тексты вроде бы.

А вроде бы в какой-то ветке уже какие-то ссылки на сайты со стандартами давались? Было бы неплохо объединить все в одном месте, наверное.
