The only two weekends in October I'm available are the first two-- the 5-6th and 12-13th-- but November is still wide open. I feel we should nail something down, because the fall gets busier and busier.

Hi Triston - You are most welcome to visit us here in Indianapolis. I can provide information on ideas on where to stay and what to see in Indianapolis. If you have kids we have a great Children's Museum and the Indy 500 track is worth a visit also.

We can at least decide October or November, so we can plan ahead. October is closer, it should be easier to schedule. I won't be available on 10/26, but the other weekends are open for now.

Actually Mariana from what feedback I have gotten it looks like October 12th will be a good date. Any suggestions for meeting places/restaurants on the Southside of Indianapolis? thanks.

Unless anyone has an objection, how about Mama Irma's Peruvian Cuisine like last year? They are on the Near-Southside Indianapolis in Fountain Square. any comments?

Mama Irma's is okay, but I wonder whether the road construction down there at the I-65/70 split will be of any concern? I haven't been there since they started that mess. What would be a better route?

Karen, I would recommend taking I-65 until the I-65/I-70 split occurs as much as you can. When the construction area starts, go through town to Virginia Street to the restaurant.
You can also come in from I-70 West until the split from the South and then cut through town. Cutting through town shouldn't be that bad. Use www.mapquest.com to find the best route.
