Trados cleanup error 87: incorrect parameter

Hi folks,

I have this veryurgent problem to solve. I needd to deliver a clean file to my client but each time I try to clean it, I get the following error message:

(87): Parametro non corretto (Incorrect parameter). [C:\DOCUME~1\User\IMPOST~1\Temp\$TW82.rtf]
File skipped!

I use Trados 6.5 freelance.

This Knowledge Base article might help (did you change the file's location, perhaps?):

If you need to get your job out the door, you can always clean up the file by running the

tw4winClean.Main

macro from the Strumenti\Macro window in Word. It won't update your TM but at ... See more

If you need to get your job out the door, you can always clean up the file by running the

tw4winClean.Main

macro from the Strumenti\Macro window in Word. It won't update your TM but at least you can keep your customer happy while you work out how to clean up the file in Trados.
