Meeting place Jul 23, 2008

Any ideas about a particular place to meet?
Being a non-resident, I've got something on my mind. Do you have any specific preferences?

Meeting place Jul 25, 2008

If it is just a small group with less than 10 people, we can meet in my office. After that, we can have lunch/dinner in Chinatown.

Harvard Square? Jul 25, 2008

Another option is to meet at the Harvard Square Au Bon Pain or at Algiers Coffee House. If we decide to have dinner later, both are in a walking distance from many restaurants.

Yet another idea... Jul 27, 2008

Yet another idea is to meet in Public Garden by the Mother Duck and ducklings and have lunch or dinner at Fire & Ice or Atlantic Fish.:)

I like the idea of pkchan, though. Chinatown sounds good to me.

So, to summarize it all:

1. We meet at 4 p.m. (subject to revisioning, depending on your availability).
2. Meeting place: Public Garden.
3. Further itinerary: pkchan's office for tour.:)
4. Lunch or dinner in Chinatown.

Let's agree that the final details of our get-together we'll define on Wednesday, July 30.

I'm free all day Jul 27, 2008

If the schedule is too tight for some of us, we can skip #3 and have a short Chinatown tour before dinner.

You should get together and enjoy! Just give us a way to find you later.

Dinner Time Jul 29, 2008

For those who will join us at a later time, my suggestion is that we will meet at the Chinatown Gate at 6:00pm. I will e-mail my cell phone # to you all.
