Work experience:
1995-2003: Freelance interpreter and translator for various courts (Amtsgericht, Landgericht, Verwaltungsgericht), state attorney's offices (Staatsanwaltschaften) and the police in various cities in Germany. Apart from legal translation/interpretation, I also translated numerous literary articles and texts.

2003-2008: Head of the translation department at Formations House, a London based business services company, where I was responsible for translating all kinds of documents (in-house and external) from German into English and vice versa.
