Trained lawyer, experienced in various insurance related managerial positions, mostly in international setting.
In 2004 left full time work to become freelance consultant / translator. Translation has been the main job ever since - initially specialised in legal and various business texts (insurance, accounting, finance, etc), but since 2005 about the half of all translations have been in the fields of medical equipment / pharmaceuticals, or electronics / automotive (mostly manuals).
