Translation - English It is noted that when designing a driver`s seat suspension it is feasible to simulate the “seat – man” system and select the parameters, which take into account the influence of the vibrations on driver`s well-being to the fullest. It is suggested to determine the influence of the suspension parameters on the driver`s seat vibrations with the use of aggregate vibration factor, expressed through vibration power, and to perform multi-factor analysis on the base of the developed interpolation models. The interpolation models presented are practically applicable and include the equation systems, describing the forced vibrations and the vibration insulation properties of a cushioned system as well as the values of vibration power.

Source text - Russian Рассмотрены перспективы использования в электроприводе электромобилей вентильных тяговых двигателей с возбуждением от постоянных магнитов. Отмечены преимущества электропривода на основе вентильных двигателей с постоянными магнитами. Сравнение параметров электродвигателей различного типа и приводов на их основе позволило сделать вывод, что наиболее перспективными в качестве тяговых являются электроприводы на основе вентильных двигателей с возбуждением от постоянных магнитов с роторами когтеобразного или коллекторного типов. Подобные приводы в 1,5-2 раза легче приводов на основе двигателей постоянного тока или на основе асинхронных двигателей, имеют максимальный КПД, высокую надежность, лучшие регулировочные характеристики и удельные массогабаритные показатели.
Translation - English The perspectives of using switched reluctance traction drives with excitation from permanent magnets in electric car drives are considered. The advantages of the electric drive on the base of switched motors with permanent magnets are pointed out. The comparison of the parameters of different types of motors and the drives on their base allowed to conclude that the electric drives on the base of switched reluctance motors with excitation from permanent magnets with claw-type or commutator-type rotors are the most promising traction drives. Such drives are 1.5-2 times lighter than the drives on the base of DC motors or on the base of asynchronous motors, have maximum efficiency, high reliability, better control characteristics and specific weight and overall dimension parameters.

Source text - Russian Отмечено, что применяемые в настоящее время методы расчета систем смазки двигателей недостаточно точно показывают, какое давление масла необходимо для смазки шатунных подшипников, а также не позволяют точно установить режимы работы двигателя, при которых шатунные подшипники не испытывают недостатка смазки. Разработана методика исследований, с использованием которой применительно к двигателю КамАЗ-740 проведена оценка изменений условий смазки шатунных подшипников в процессе эксплуатации с учетом влияния износа деталей. Результаты исследований позволили уточнить расчет системы смазки, а также определить режимы работы дизеля, на которых может наступить масляное голодание.
Translation - English It is noted that presently used methods of engine lubrication system calculation are not precise enough in showing, which oil pressure is necessary for the lubrication of crankpin bearings. Nor do they allow to define with sufficient precision the operation modes of an engine, in which the crankpin bearings are not short of lubrication. The investigation procedure is developed, with the use of which applied for KamAZ-740 engine the change in the crankpin bearings lubrication conditions in the process of operation is assessed taking into account the component wear effect. The investigation results allowed to refine the calculation of the lubrication system and to define the operation modes of the diesel engine, in which oil deficiency may occur.

Source text - Russian Рассмотрена усовершенствованная технология изготовления тяжелонагруженных штампованных дисков турбин из высокожаропрочного многокомпонентного никелевого сплава ЭП975-ИД системы Ni-Cr-Co-W-Mo-Nb-Al-Ti-C. Низкие технологические свойства сплава вызывали снижение длительной прочности и ударной вязкости штамповок из-за возникновения трещин закалочного происхождения. Сформулирован ряд общих принципов термомеханической обработки, которые должны соблюдаться при изготовлении штамповок из сплава ЭП 975-ИД и подобных никелевых сплавов с низкими технологическими свойствами. Оптимизирован состав сплава ЭП 975-ИД по содержанию Al, Ti, Nb, а также C, регламентированы микроструктура, механические свойства заготовок, режимы нагрева заготовок дисков при термомеханической обработки, режимы ступенчатой термической обработки. Во избежание образования термических трещин рекомендовано замедленное охлаждение наиболее тонких сечений и кромок штампованных заготовок с помощью нанесения на эти элементы теплоизоляционного покрытия. Разработанный режим термической обработки заготовок включал закалку (нагрев до 1210±10 °С, выдержка в течение 6 ч, снижение температуры до 1170-10 °С) и старение (нагрев до 920 °С, выдержка 12 ч, охлаждение с печью со скоростью 10 °С/ч до температуры 850±10 °С, выдержка 24 ч, охлаждение на воздухе).
Translation - English An improved technology of the production of heavy loaded forged turbine discs from superhigh-temperature multi-component nickel alloy EP975-ID of system Ni-Cr-Co-W-Mo-Nb-Al-Ti-C is considered. Low processing properties of the alloy caused the decrease of long-term strength and impact strength of the forgings due to the generation of cracks of hardening nature. Some general principles of thermomechanical treatment, which must be followed in the production of forgings from alloy EP 975-ID and similar nickel alloys with low processing properties, are defined. The composition of alloy EP 975-ID is optimized in terms of Al, Ti, Nb as well as C content; the micro-structure and the mechanical properties of the billets, the modes of disc billets heating during thermomechanical treatment, and the modes of graded heat treatment are specified. In order to prevent the generation of thermal cracks, retarded cooling of the thinnest sections and edges of forged billets with the help of thermal insulation coating applied on those elements is recommended. The developed mode of billets heat treatment included hardening (heating up to 1210±10 °С, holding during 6 h, temperature decrease to 1170-10 °С) and tempering (heating up to 920 °С, holding during 12 h, furnace cooling at 10 °С/h to temperature 850±10 °С, holding during 24 h, air cooling).

Source text - Russian Предложена методика и программное обеспечение для снижения уровня растягивающих напряжений в районе галтели круговых зубьев конических колес за счет выбора конструктивных параметров зубьев и технологических параметров их обработки. Рассмотрено влияние радиуса закругления вершинной кромки зуба на уровень растягивающих напряжений, приведены ограничения, накладываемые на величину радиуса. Показано, что снижению уровня изгибных напряжений способствует уменьшение числа зубьев колес, увеличение угла профиля зуба, уменьшение высоты зуба, использование при обработке колес инструмента с максимально возможным радиусом закругления при вершине. Возможно снижение уровня напряжений при обработке зубьев с рабочей стороны инструментом с большим радиусом закругления, чем с нерабочей стороны зуба.
Translation - English The method and the software for the reduction of tensile stress level in the area of circular teeth fillet in conic gears due to the selection of teeth design parameters and the process parameters of their machining are suggested. The influence of the bending radius of tooth top edge on the level of tensile stress is discerned, and the limitations, put to the radius value, are given. It is shown that the reduction of gear teeth number, increase of tooth profile angle, decrease of tooth height, the use of tool with greatest possible bending radius at the top for gears machining contribute towards the reduction of the bending stress level. It is possible to reduce the stress level when machining the teeth from the leading side with a tool with greater bending radius than the radius of a tool used for the trailing side.

Source text - English The production area of the steel constructions shop is 2900 sq.m. There are provided lifting transportation means - 4 cranes (one per spacing) with 10 tons lifting capacity.
Semi-automatic welding machines "Granite-3", FEB and RS-5000 types, machines of contact welding MT as well as welding rectifiers VDM with ballast rheostats RB-300 are used to weld steel constructions.
The assembling-welding workshop for light alloy constructions production is located in the shop of aluminum-magnesium alloys. The assembling works of plate constructions are carried out on plates and of volume constructions on shipbuilding ways.
To weld aluminium constructions machines of MARK-500 and UDG-300, semi-automates RS-5000, machines of contact welding MTV types are used. To weld items of alloyed steel, titan and copper based alloys machines PRS, ZM and MARK-500 are used.
Translation - Russian Производственная площадь цеха металлоконструкций составляет 2900 м2. Предусмотрено подъемно-транспортное оборудование – 4 крана (один на пролет) грузоподъемностью 10 тон.
Для сварки металлоконструкций используются сварочные полуавтоматы типа «Гранит-3», FEB и RS-5000, установки для контактной сварки MT, а также сварочные выпрямители VDM с балластными реостатами RB-300.
Сборочно-сварочный участок для производства легкосплавных конструкций расположен в цехе алюминиево-магниевых сплавов. Работы по сборке плоских конструкций производятся на столах, а по сборке объемных конструкций – на стапелях.

The cage design developed by Siemens itself and successfully introduced worldwide is now also available with line discharge class 2 for system voltages (Um) from 3.6 kV to 123 kV. Apart from the innovative cage, the 3EL1 also features a combination of proven technologies, for example the use of premium metal oxide varistors or the housing which is made of flexible silicone (HTV). It offers the same outstanding properties as Siemens surge arresters for other voltages, for example 3EL2 or 3EK7, both certified in accordance with IEC 60099-4 Ed. 2.1 (2006). Source text - English Общие принципы построения инфраструктуры зданий и помещений, предназначенных для размещения ИТ-оборудования и создания необходимых коммуникаций:
• центр обработки данных (ЦОД) будет построен на основе последних технологических решений, с учетом опыта, имеющегося у компании Siemens и ее деловых партнеров. По своим техническим характеристикам ЦОД будет соответствовать мировым и корпоративным стандартам;
• для обеспечения задач резервирования будет создано два независимых дублирующих ЦОД. Каждый из них будет обладать высокой отказоустойчивостью, основные и наиболее критичные системы жизнеобеспечения (электропитание, кондиционирование) будут иметь 100% резервирование. По стандарту TIA-942 каждый ЦОД будет соответствовать 4-му уровню. Доступность каждого ЦОД будет составлять не менее 99,995%;
• каждый ЦОД будет построен по модульному принципу. Он будет состоять из нескольких гермозон, строительство которых будет осуществлено последовательно, заполнения построенных и возникновения очередных потребностей в размещении;

Translation - Russian The following are the general principles for creating the infrastructure of buildings and premises for IT-equipment and for arranging necessary networks:
• data processing center (DPC) will be based on state-of-the-art technological solutions, taking into account the experience of Siemens and its business partners. DPC technical characteristics will comply with the world and company standards;
• two independent shadow DPC will be used for backup. Each will possess high fault tolerance; the main and the most vital support systems (power supply, air conditioning) will have 100% backup. Each DPC will satisfy level 4 in accordance with TIA-942. The availability of each DPC will be not less than 99.995%;
• each DPC will have modular concept. It will consist of several sealed compartments, which will be built successively along with the filling of the built ones and the appearing of new arrangement needs;
• in order to ensure development and further operation, each DPC will have at least 30% power and space capacity reserve, which will allow to avoid any serious upgrading in the nearest several years.
