My name is Karen Rutgers. I was born in Colombia, South America and I am of Dutch parents. I lived in Colombia till I was 14 years of age. Finished high school in the Netherlands. I worked in the computer industy for 22 years. I now work for the German company Bosch in the Netherlands and live over the border in germany. I speak 5 languages that is Dutch, English, Spanish, French and German. I have been classified native speaker for three of them English, Spanish and Dutch. One of the most interresting translating jobs was for the Radboud University in Nijmegen the Netherlands. I was asked to do an all day translating job because a professor and students from Guatemala did not speak english or dutch. As I work parttime I can be hired for this type of job and can fit it into my schedule on any day of the week. Also available on saturday, sunday or in the evenings.
