Translation - English Looking back on his days as fraudster, Takuji Kimura says “I have regret for what I’ve done. But it was also a natural course of events.” After graduating from high school in Kyushu, he became a mechanic. Then one day, he got into a car accident—an event that was to change his fate. A Mercedes-Benz ran straight into him from opposite direction. Although he was a complete victim, he was deprived of the legitimate right to compensation by a backroom deal fixed by an insurance broker. Upset by the fact that his claim was not heard, Kimura decided to become a sales person to gain better negotiating ability. After achieving outstanding performances selling water purifiers and self-development CDs, he jointed a company rumored to be engaged in scam, where he eavesdropped on executives’ conversations to steal scam know-how.
He began to see the act of scam as a way to test his sales capability he had earned over the years. All he needed to start a fraud was a name list. Even nowadays where companies’ securities have tightened, there seems to be no end to employees sneaking customer lists out of their companies to get some spending money. Prices given to name lists are varied. Lists of unspecified names leaked from cell phone providers are sold for 1 per name, and lists containing such information as purchase records are sold for from 10 up to 100 per name depending on the content of information.

Source text - English "Members of the security forces committed some human rights abuses during the year , and the Maoists/Young Communist League and members of other small, often ethnically based armed groups committed numerous grave human rights abuses. Members of the Nepal Army were confined to their barracks in accordance with the Comprehensive Peace Agreement of 2006. Members of the Nepal Police and the Armed Police Force occasionally used excessive and lethal force in response to continued demonstrations throughout the country. Maoists frequently employed arbitrary and unlawful use of lethal force, including torture and abduction. Violence, extortion, and intimidation continued throughout the year. Impunity for human rights violators, threats against the media, arbitrary arrest, and lengthy pretrial detention were serious problems. The government also compromised the independence of the judiciary, and society continued to discriminate against persons with disabilities and lower castes. Violence against women and trafficking in persons, mainly women and girls, continued.”

Source text - English Time present and time past are both perhaps present in time future.” This quote belongs to T.S. Eliot, but the sentiment is the quintessence of this sixth-generation family-run company. For nearly two centuries, xxxxxx has been considered one of the world’s preeminent textile manufacturers, catering to the discerning tastes of a loyal clientele. It takes only five minutes of being wrapped in one of its sumptuous stoles to see how this brand easily wins an allegiance. “We like to think that xxxxxx is the ultimate reference for those who believe in authentic quality and exclusivity in every aspect of their lives,” says xxxxxx, who is co-CEO alongside his brother, xxxxxx.
On the sent of the latest Neiman Marcus photo shoot, the model, a Zelda Fitzgerald look-alike, embraces a gray cashmere cape with muted tones that whisper understated style. So do a herringbone cashmere jacket and navy double-crepe pencil skirt. Both evoke an élan reminiscent of Jackie Kennedy at a diplomatic luncheon or a high-powered Hollywood agent hammering out a three-picture deal. xxxxxx achieves this fine balance of being both timely and timeless by reinterpreting classics with a modern sensibility.

Source text - English A panoramic makeup result
The small, spherical Phenomen’Eyes brush reaches all your lashes, starting at the root. Even the tiniest lash is perfectly curled and separated, giving the eyes an intense, graphic outline.
Nicolas Degennes, Artistic Director for makeup and colours
“Our vision of mascaras has changed. Today, we strive to get that perfect eyeliner effect. I often notice that the lashes are only partially made up, at the tip or in the middle, which obviously doesn’t give the eyes the same impact. Phenomen’Eyes offers a faultless way of applying mascara, beginning at the base of the lash.
The highly ergonomic Phenomen’Eyes brush allows you to catch all the lashes, even the tiniest ones near the inner corner of the eye. The result is especially striking on the upper lashes. You can also apply the formula on the outer corners with amazing precision by holding the brush vertically under the eye, and pushing the lashes upwards one by one to coat them with the mascara. With just a few flicks of the brush, the lashes are made up right down to the roots, and the eyes are instantly outlined and enhanced.”

Source text - English The Réyes Spring 2009 collection is inspired by the eclectic style of the artsy girl who rules the galleries in Chelsea and is referred to as the “Gallerina.” She is a quirky, free spirited, highly intellectual individual who has plenty of charm and boyish attitude.
Pulling inspiration from her work, the contemporary artists she surrounds herself with, and her dada-esque ability to see art in everyday objects. She has a tendency to experiment with her style, never afraid of wearing a sheer jumpsuit to work or a burlap dress to a cocktail party.
Her daily inspiration is derived from a vibrant palette of artists, as she mixes colors, patterns and prints to create an effortless look of confidence. A loosely cut painter’s jumpsuit with utilitarian kangaroo pockets is accentuated by a colorful campshirt. Ikat degrade organza is cut in layers, chevron pattern shirtdresses pop with bright hemlines, and shirts are sheer enough to hint at what’s underneath. Graphic pieces are cut in black and white and colorblocked.
Silhouettes are versatile allowing a smooth transition from work to play. Boy scout inspired campshirts are narrowly cut in sheer gauze to reveal playful undergarments. Trousers come in different proportions, some tapered at the ankle, others hitting mid-calf. Tailored bermudas and tie front culottes offer a unique alternative to the full length trouser. Skirts are layered and multi- tiered with pleats, tucks, and folds. The jersey is draped and twisted while viscose linens is folded and cut asymmetrically. Basket weave burlap is given an urban edge when paired with bright organza slips.
Fabrics are versatile from day to evening. Satins, silk organza, and viscose ottoman are used in everyday dressing. Waxed linen and rubberized cotton outerwear mixed with cotton organza, gauze creates textured looks.
True to the Gallerina mood khaki, tobacco, and olive are mixed with kelly green and shocking hints of magenta, marigold, chartreuse and blood orange. The final result is perfect for the girl who is confident enough for a little geek chic and who wears clothes that reflect her love for individuality.
