I have more than 20 years of experience as quality staff member and manager in norwegian food and meat industry. Part of the job were calculation of recipes and nutrition in accordance to norwegian law and regulations.
I do also have background as management consultant for trade and industry in general.
Customers and colleagues expect that I am able to interpret relevant scientific literaure and technical standards mainly from the US and EU.
