Les éventuels reliquats ligamentaires scapho-lunaires ont été réséqués pour permettre une meilleure réductibilité du scaphoïde. La subluxation rotatoire du scaphoïde a été réduite par manœuvre externe à l’aide d’une broche de 10/10 mm à fonction de « joystick » introduite dans le pôle proximal du scaphoïde.
