X Special Rates - Pay online: If a room is available and you've submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions on the booking form, the reservation is then confirmed and a hotel voucher will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.
How long does it take to check if a room is available?
Every room that is available on X’s website should be confirmed instantly. Your hotel voucher will be emailed to you once we have verified and charged your card.
What is your credit card payment procedure and how safe is it?

Why do I need to provide additional documents during the payment process?
In relatively infrequent cases we require additional documents to support a booking. This may occur when the guest name differs from the cardholder or when our Fraud Protection program identifies a high-risk transaction.
What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, cancellations received prior to the period(s) or dates(s) mentioned in the cancellation policy will incur a processing fee equivalent to US$15, dependent on the chosen currency and exchange rate at time of booking.
Any changes to your reservation must be made through our Customer Service agents and not directly with the hotel. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
Shortening your stay during high seasons, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation e-mail, may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel.

When an X customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email, asking for a review of their stay. Every review must be approved by our content team before being posted on the X website. Bio
I am a native Catalan and Spanish speaker with a Master's in English and German Philology and a Master's in Foreign Language Teaching for Secondary School. I studied in Barcelona (Catalonia), Groningen (The Netherlands) and Wuerzburg (Germany) and several subjects were translation courses.
I live in Southern Germany and I work as a language teacher/tutor since 1989 and partly as a translator since 1996.
My love for languages started as an early teenager; that's why I always try to learn new ones and, because of that, I also understand much Italian and French, as well as some Portuguese and Dutch.
My specialties are: marketing, business and commerce, consumer electronics (photo, video, TV, audio, digital media, office, printing, informatics, telecomm, energy, household appliances, tools and games), logistics, localisation, linguistics and literature.
And although I use most of my experience in languages as a teacher and translator, I have also worked as an interpreter in several trade fairs and business meetings since 1997.
